Licence No 30090Directions – The venue will be signposted from the M6 J1 heading towards Rugby. At second Roundabout comeback on yourself and venue entrance will be on your left opposite the travel Inn. If coming in from Rugby direction at Mr Kipling Roundabout head straight over and follow direction as satnav will direct you to the farm and not where the track is.          Venue – Manor Farm, Cosford, Rugby, CV21 1HT

All persons competing in a DQR event is agreeing to abide the club rules, I.O.P.D. rules and any other rules set out in these supplimentry regs.

Insurance for this event is covered by Doodsons, a copy of which can be obtained from the club or at signing on.  This insurance does not include personal accident insurance, and you are strongly recommended to purchase such cover.

Signing on for all youths                     7-8a.m.

Scrutineering for all youths               7-8a.m.

Youth Race brief and sighting lap      8.15a.m. on the start line, race start 8.30a.m.  race duration 1 ½ Hours

Blaster Race brief                                 10.15a.m.  on the start line, race start 10.30a.m. race duration 1 ½ Hours

Signing on for Adults                           11-12a.m.

Scrutineering for Adults                     11-12a.m.

Adult brief                                             12.45p.m. on the start line, race start 1.00p.m.race duration 2 ½ Hours

All riders must sign on and produce an appropriate licence.  If you don’t bring your licence you will be asked to purchase a day licence at the cost of £5.   All competitors under the age of 18 must complete a parental agreement form please download here 

All riders must book in and pay over the phone by Thursday August 12th by 9p.m. or Online by Friday August 13th by 7p.m.  There is NO PAY ON THE DAY,  You will be turned away.

Please adhere to the club rules which are on the website.  Helmets must be worn at all times when riding and ride at walking pace outside the circuit.  NO UNDER 16’s are allowed in the Pit area, this is for safety reasons.

Overnight parking is available ,  all generators must be switched off by 22.00 hours.  NO FIRES.   Dog’s must be kept on leads at ALL TIMES, and please clean up after you dog.  Please take your rubbish home with you and enjoy the day.
